My name is Lamont Connor, I am an AAAI/ISMA Certified Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Consultant. I played 4 years of college football at Bowie State University, where I developed my passion for health and fitness.
ABOUT MY PROGRAM
Lamont's Fitness offers a Body Transformation Program designed to help busy working adults loss weight, stubborn belly fat, and transform their body. You will gain strength, lean muscles, confidences, and more energy. The program will transform your mind, body, and soul; and most importantly your health.
The program is a small group high intense, interval training (HIIT). The workouts consist of circuit training and will change from day to day, no gimmicks; basic, effective, efficient exercises, using body weight, dumbbells, resistant bands, exercise balls, ropes and an elliptical. Modifications are made to fit every fitness level.
The program also offers nutritional guidance, a recipe book, meal plans and progress reports.
