My name is Lamont Connor, I am an AAAI/ISMA Certified Fitness Trainer and Nutritionist. I played 4 years of college football at Bowie State University, where I developed my passion for health and fitness.
ABOUT MY WORKOUTS
I provide high intense, short interval, total body, small group and one on one workouts. The workouts consist of circuit training and will change from day to day, no gimmicks; basic, effective, efficient exercises, using body weight, dumbbells, resistant bands, exercise balls and an elliptical. Modification is made to fit every fitness level.
